If your package arrives damaged please submit a ticket through Cantec Support https://support.canteccouriers.com/hc/en-us/requests/new or contact us at 604-200-8191. One of our Cantec representatives will assist you as soon as possible.
Drivers will be taking pictures of the package at the pick-up and drop-off locations. Pictures will be taken of the package and not the items inside it.
The driver will carefully deliver your package as close to its original form when it was picked. Please refrain from sending any fragile items.
