If your package arrives damaged please submit a ticket through our Cantec Support https://support.canteccouriers.com/hc/en-us/requests/new or contact us: 604-200-8191. One of our Cantec representatives will assist you as soon as possible.
Drivers will be taking pictures of the item/parcel at the pickup and drop-off locations. Pictures will be taken for the package and not the items inside it.
The driver will vigilantly deliver your parcel in the same situation as when it was picked. Please refrain from sending any fragile items.
